As in kids shouldn't need to be asked to do their chores. They should be automatic and scheduled, like brushing teeth and getting to school on time. (As if) These days, parents treat chores as if they were 'special' or 'above and beyond' demands. We're still working on this in our house. Should be fully implemented as soon as the youngest goes off to college...
