		<description>Very entertaining post, Emily!  I would add chocolate chip cookies, fresh out of the oven.  I used to make these as my own private treat at a small inn in Taos Ski Valley where I was working as a scullery maid one summer - the kitchen was right next to our bunkroom.  The aroma of the cookies would attract all the students from UNM who were taking an intensive French course and staying at the inn.  They would come wafting in and beg for cookies which I gave them.  Like an idiot, it never occurred to me to charge $ - I would have made more on the baked goods than I did for my entire summer of work ($300, plus free room and board).</description>
