Your article took me back! SNF is one of my all time favs! We were not a dancing family but I married into one:-) We enjoy throwing disco parties the kids are really into it! They giggle at first when we adults do our moves but soon join in!

Love your blog – and I agree that dancing and dreams keep us alive. With two young sons — we own a disco ball, we do the disco, we know many of the Michael Jackson and Jackson Five videos on YouTube, and we own tap shoes. As my oldest son says, “dancing makes me happy!”

Actually I take back that I never have the opportunity to dance with my family. My sister and I do a disco dance routine from when we were young that involves sone fairly intricate moves. And we do break it out from time to time at weddings and bar mitzvahs. People are often impressed. They are.
