I'm not sure where you live but I'm wondering how you're feeling about the storm now?? It was everything the weather forecasters predicted and then some. I think people will be taking the next potential hurricane/super storm forecasts a little more seriously. We were without electricity for three days, had to throw out a refrigerator full of food and waited on line for more than three hours for gas the other day. I have always loved a good storm and feel that excitement build at the thought of hunkering down and living by candlelight for a few days but the first huge wind gust that came blowing thru my neighborhood the night of the storm scared the crap out of me and had me tossing my children rolls of blue masking tape to tape up every window in the house. LOL!! My husband works for Con Ed in Manhattan and he was driving into the danger zone while we were trying to keep from blowing away. VERY SCARY STUFF!!! I did manage to save the milk!! ; )

I'm hoping Sandy fizzles like Gloria so I will focus on this: we run out of milk every two days. How on earth do you keep it for almost a week???
