Yay for the applesauce success! And for having all the boys home at once! And for the etsy windfall! I have run out of exclamation points so I won't cheer the contraband wine, but glad it made arrived safely.

The buyer is in Asia! Boxing up and shipping everything tomorrow. My customer is not a set designer for Mad Men, although that is everyone's dream buyer. Anyway, this person bought vintage children's books, linens, and a couple of household decor items. You could have knocked me over with a vintage hankie.

First of all, Ian is quite the handsome boy. Second of all, where are you shipping those items? To LA, perhaps? I'm thinking a set designer's looking for authentic items for the set of Mad Men or a new movie.

Ian has a great sense of style - and has inherited a love of thrift shops from his parents. I think the gap year was where the formal attire began. He said there's a kid at MICA who dresses in early 90's regalia. Short jean jackets, high white socks, the whole bit.
As for etsy, yes, I still have several hundred things left in my shop (shop name: callmejasper - there's a link over there to the right)....but this puts a big dent in my inventory, thank heavens. I can clear out some space! I guess the buyer just stumbled on my stuff and, praise the lord, liked it.

Wow - completely impressed with the dress code to go out and meet friends. Seems rather European of him. Is that a MICA influence or a gap year influence?

Congrats on the Etsy sale!! What do you think happnened there? Do you have anything left?
