So then in addition to the baffling underwear/naked butt protocol I had to decide how clothed I should be in the more public bathing area. Based on many uncomfortable early years at the YMCA and to prove how body confident I am (not really) I went with bikini bottoms, topless and was mortified and tense the entire time, resulting in a very fine knot for the therapist to work on.
