Speaking of diner place mats, just a few days ago I was musing over one at Rick’s Breakfast House is Sea Isle and thinking of placing an ad myself. As I sat there fantasizing about the industry giant who just happens to stop in for a meal at Rick’s, drops a piece of egg on my clever ad and realizes how much his multi-national business needs my help, my son Eric dispassionately noted that Rick’s is now serving lunch and dinner. So shouldn’t they change their name? Good point.
