A manicure is the perfect thing to do with a friend…you can keep talking while accomplishing something too! I have found that the manicure artists are usually relieved not to have to provide the chit-chat themselves, and entertained by the eavesdropping. “Ring-fence” is a great description of booking in advance, I have never heard that before…

My best friend and I have an annual weekend away, we meet up half way between her place and mine for shopping, talking, restaurants, talking, sometimes we get our nails done, and we talk ourselves to sleep too! But our schedules (especially my friend’s, who can’t often take time off work) means we have to ring-fence a weekend well in advance. It’s worth it!

Yes, it’s a real motor coach with plush seats, a WC, and everything. I am sad that I didn’t get a photo of Not Response for Belonging. Assumed it would be painted in all the buses and I’d capture it on the return trip. Alas, no.

When you live the outback and not even Greyhound comes here anymore, all these modes of transportation on the East Coast are so inviting. I love that you did this and so happy it turned out so well.
