And so it goes. (Interestingly, Jennifer, one of my early advertising agency jobs, too, was with the agency that handled ARMY recruiting, where I witnessed this structure and mindset.) If it soothes your mind at all, just days ago, Alex, my fiancee's 20-year-old son, had an unsolicited Marines baseball cap(and literature) sent to him -- vs. plain ol' US Mail. Politics aside, it's a pretty cool hat. But he's not falling for it.
