They just don't have as mUch fun there. I guess marco polo isn't as cool as he used to be. The worst thing is that the alternatives to the pool are really unappealing to parents. Second, the cake with the teddy graham side-stroker -- what a GREAT mom you are! Third, I must say your boys don't take after you. Do you remember how we would faithfully go to the pool, EVERY SINGLE afternoon (unless working at Nowell's Garden Terrace got in the way!) all the way through high school? We HAD to have that golden tan, and used lots of baby oil to get it!!! I think I remember, though, that after junior high, the selection of boys to giggle at and flirt with significantly tapered off.
