I was at an airport once, saying goodbye to someone, and just happened to glance out the huge windows. I saw a small military procession (for lack of a better word) taking place as they unloaded a casket out of the bottom of a plane on the runway. I had to look away. The scene is burned into my brain. I instantly felt the pain of a wide circle of people who knew and loved that fallen soldier. You'd better believe it turned my day around.
