Our niece had the exact same thing (temporary facial paralysis due to previously undiagnosed Lyme of the Bell's Palsy variety) and all is well today (and was shortly thereafter). But yes, the things that mommy minds jump to BEFORE Bell's Palsy are truly horrifying. Thank you for sharing. In the moments that it's happening, you are welcome to keep it to whomever you want. But afterwards--it's really helpful for people so that if the same things happen to their kids, or someone they know, they have a resource. So glad that’s “all” it is.
