If you can make it to the pet store, Nature's Miracle is the best! Our shih-tzus have the same issue...plus more hair that gets all wet and doesn't dry too quick. Once they age beyond puppyhood, they're not so impressed with snow. Good thing we don't get much! Luckily we had a fenced-in backyard that we could usher them into, but that didn't make them want to go to the bathroom anymore than anything else when snow covered the ground!
