From the moment I got my first artificial leg, six years ago, I knew I wanted something permanent tattooed on it. Because I am one of the few people I know who get to change out my legs every handful of years. :) I ended up with the whole Bacon Brothers Band's signatures. I love their music and have become friends with one of their band members (no, not Kevin, though I've hung out with them a few times after concerts...very fun) I recently got a new leg so my 'old', tattooed one sits proudly on my dresser, still covered in band guy signatures. My boys think that is a good rule since by then you would surely know what you want-of course, I hope by then you would decide not to get one. Expect 20 years from now that may not be so cool-I can only hope! Can't stand the thought of the permanent aspect or the needles. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. She did ask Paul to get a portrait of her. No thanks. I have seen too many portriats gone horribly wrong. Plus I told her as daddy ages, her face would then appear all wrinkly and saggy and get covered with moes and hair(YUCK) Changed her mind about that pretty qiockly. As far as a George tatto goes, I do think a Peter Max version of George from Yellow Submarine would be bitchin'.
