Hey – I’m in on the search for a better matzah!! Maybe flaxseed matzah? I don’t know if that’d be kosher for Passover. My offspring like to try and top each other every year for, er, interesting matzah combos. Last year’s winner was the matzah tostada, or matztada, topped with refried beans, grated cheese, salsa, lettuce and black olives. I don’t know . . . maybe the beans counter-act the effect of the matzah? So far, so good.

Homemade gefilte fish with fresh horseradish is actually quite tasty. You can keep the “Passover rolls”, though. Bleh.
