Anne just reserved a house in the mountains back in November and then said "who's in?" Answer - all of us. Most went up to ski all today and tomorrow but a few of us are going up this evening - some of us may ski Sunday as well. Hugh just asked me in all seriousness, "Mom, is everyone skiing or is anyone snowboarding?" I said "Hugh, we're all middle-aged moms, but thank you for even thinking that someone might be a boarder." The problem with working form home I have found is that the kids (and the hubby) get to enjoy these snow days while my phone keeps ringing and I still have to work! RRRRRR. Still there is a lightness to these days that tends to spill over into my home office -- and if I can break free for a romp in the snow, I will. Great pic Chris!! That sounds so lovely. I know, I know - everybody says Florida people don't understand snow and that we wouldn't like it if we had to drive around in it, shovel it, and slog through it to get to work. But still . . . I am definitely jealous! The only "days" we get are hurricane days, and those have no upside to them whatsoever. Throw a snowball for me, please!! Oh – I’m SO jealous!
