While I feel that all of my grandchildren are special, you have certainly captured the essence of Chase. How fortunate we all are to have him in the family. He’ll enjoy this post in the years to come.

As the baby of my family, I found this really touching. I was rarely first, but I always felt special…something you’ve obviously accomplished too. Very nice post.

What a great tribute, Emily. I went to a psychic last May, and she told me that, if I had two children, the second would be completely different than the first. How wonderful, I think, to have two kids who, together, complete each other strengths and weaknesses. It sounds like you feel the same way, too.
