I,too have a special "name" necklace that has not only the name's of my two children, but their spouses and all the grandchildren. With eight names displayed on the necklace it creates a very artistic piece generating a lot of conversation. I LOVE wearing it especially as it was given from my children for my 60th birthday. Because it takes patience and time to assure that each name is untwisted and readible, I do not wear it frequently,But, when I do, I am inevitably complimented and made to feel proud, that I can show my family off in such a subtle way. It is so much more fun than carrying all those pictures! I also still wear an initial pinky ring that was made for me by Dave when was 5 and his sister Beth 8. My favorite piece of jewelry. so I say, one doesn't outgrow these items, they really grow on you and add lasting memories, which are priceless.

First, your neck looks great. Booyah for you.
Second, I think that necklace is one that will go for the ages.
I know I haven't worn one of my "boys' names" bracelets because it's looking dated but yours is a classic.

My boss wears 3 stacking rings, each set with different colored stones -- one for each daughter. It's nice.

(Yesterday Garrick accused me of trying to smother him when I tried to give him a one-armed hug. Hoo boy....)
