Yesterday, Greg (friend's husband) ran to the store to get sandwich bags for me, and my two friends kept me company in the kitchen for two hours and helped me peel a bushel of roasted chile. These are activities I would have been hard-pressed to get my own husband to do, so it was awesome! I need a chile-peeling spouse! We’ve had two friends staying from out of town the past week, so I can relate to this post.
