1 cup of coffee (black) each morning is getting me through…even though the mentors would rather I just stick to the nuts. I think NO coffee would be nuts!!!

This is so interesting to me. My dad did something similar to this once. Instead of nuts, he could eat 1/2 cup of grapes as a snack. I walked into the kitchen one evening and he was SMASHING the grapes into a measuring cup. He had a look of guilt on his face, but said, “I’m not cheating!”
