The professor explained a case involving a shipment of bananas that didn't arrive on time and the punishment DOLED out by the court. We would shout it at the top of our lungs and annoy our counselors... I"m not sure why we found it so clever. Maybe because we got to say sex appeal... it was this that started my love affair with the pun. At summer camp, we would sing a song about bananas:
