A little-known movie called "The Whole Wide World" with then-unknowns Renee Zellweger and Vincent D'Ofrio. Never in my life have I sobbed in a movie theatre of complete strangers.

Jennifer, your babysitting and other employment stories could be made into a movie, I suspect! Love the details. I shed a tear at the end of lots of movies, and at scenes of real tenderness between characters. "The Blind Side," which we watched on DVD, got me in a few places.

Ok - this is an easy one. I get lump in throat, streaming tears, and serious snot whenever I watch:

Terms of Endearment
Beaches
Steel Magnolias

It's ugly. Everytime.

I sobbed through the final scenes of Hachi: A Dog's Tale. Based on a true story, the movie stars Richard Gere as a college professor who adopts a lost Akita puppy that turns out to be the most loyal dog ever. Thankfully we watched it at home, but my kids (5 and 7) were VERY worried about Mommy; a year later, they still talk about how much I cried.

Oh my gosh, I would have FREAKED if that faucet had broken on me!! Ah!

Now granted I have been known to cry at the playing of the national anthem, but lately I find Clint to be my tear maker: Million Dollar Baby and Gran Torino are two sure fire cry-fests. :)

That story cracked me up. I will cry at just about any movie, but I can't even bear to watch The Piano or The Color Purple lest I turn into a soggy mess.
