But, in reading Scott's comment, for me personally I also have a very hard time with the heat, but I'm OK till it's 90+ and I'm not doing too much. I have to always make sure I have some sort of drink around. Low sugar, but with calories. Like others, not having enough snacks and drinks is not a good thing.

I do not do well in the heat and am susceptible to heat exhaustion really badly because I sweat so much. So once summer is in full spring, I have to do anything outside in the early morning before it hits the 80 degree mark pretty much. For me its the heat. The biggest problem I have with my teens is they forget to eat. I tend to assume they are 14 and 17, I don't have to remind them to eat before we go somewhere - but yes, I do need to remind them every time.
