A family therapist once said to me, "bring me the bully" - in response to a discussion we were having about how the bullied are so often the ones in school that are told they need to learn to "deal with conflict" etc. She felt that the one being bullied shouldn't have to do anything - the big bully should be the one who has to answer to the parent, principal, counselor, police officer... Bullies-probably the second oldest profession!
