A family therapist once said to me, &quot;bring me the bully&quot; - in response to a discussion we were having about how the bullied are so often the ones in school that are told they need to learn to &quot;deal with conflict&quot; etc.  She felt that the one being bullied shouldn&#039;t have to do anything - the big bully should be the one who has to answer to the parent, principal, counselor, police officer...</description>
