It's too sad, really (though perhaps not as sad as hearing her complain about how sore her feet are, every day. She tries not to walk too much [thus the moped on MV and bike in Cambridge] and stays off them as much as she can--snagging foot massages from those of us nearby on any given evening in front of the tv. So, given all that, guess I can't blame her for going for comfort--even if they are the most awful things we've ever seen!) yes!

I really need them now, so I when we go on vacation they will be comfy. I want something that looks classy and yet is easy on my feet, which seem to send signals to the rest of my body. I need shoe help. I'm afraid I'll accidently buy something that will look orthopedic. I don't have daughters to help me. Gives me the shivers to think about it, this shoe buying thing. I was nervous before, but now I'm truly frightened. I’m scared. ;o)

The open toe thing really gets me. If you have reached an age where your toes will not stay in line with each other you should no longer be allowed to sport the open toe shoe.
