Kudos to you and Phil for not killing each other -- I'm not sure I would have been able to achieve such a feat. We are definitely kindred souls in the meditation front. I think my mantra is "let go" which is a synonym for "allow". Its hard to let everythng go when there is so many wonderful opportunities to control things! Glad you got some time away!
