It reminds me of my all-time favorite This American Life episode, where a woman battles with her long-distance phone provider for a YEAR over a discrepancy in the bill...until the power of public radio gets involved and quickly resolves the issue through the power of PR. It's Act Two here ("On Hold, No One Can Hear You Scream"):

Great job, Emily! It is empowering to know how to use the press to help mankind. Your photo is great too - much more apropos than your dad standing on a beach somwhere. (Sad, though, if the Inquirer has really slashed its budget to the point where they couldn't send a camera...)
