		<description>Love this post, Emily.  And I know so well this perspective-giving you&#039;re speaking of, how it&#039;s fleeting and hard-won.  It&#039;s too bad we return to a state of stasis so quickly, isn&#039;t it?  Although, I suspect you&#039;ve been forever changed by this experience.  Also, I very much identify with what you say about the &quot;capacity&quot; for worrying.  Filling up your &quot;balloon&quot; with one large thing rather than many small things is a wholly different experience -- I&#039;ve done both in my life -- and it&#039;s a very interesting way to think about it.  I&#039;m glad you&#039;re all back together again.</description>
