		<description>Great post (minus the hissy fit comment). I run an ad agency that specializes in marketing to moms and I am amazed at how clueless many companies are about the buying power of women. Women dominate every category, including electronics, automotive, and technology. Want to know the secret why more companies don&#039;t connect well with this powerhouse consumer? Only 3% of advertising creative directors are women. I am part of that miniscule 3% and working to raise that embarrassing figure, along with awareness of American women as the most powerful buying force in the world.</description>
